Composites Test Fixture Options

Description

Optional items are available for certain composite test fixtures to allow different specimen sizes or different standards to be accommodated. Some fixtures also require optional items such as compression platens to support them during use.

Principle of Operation

Items such as replaceable anvils for flexure and interlaminar shear are used to allow a variety of different standards simply by choosing the appropriate anvil set. Alternative jaw faces are available for the Iosipescu test fixture for different specimen widths.
