Instron Training Center: Cancellation Policy

• There will be no cancellation fee for registrants cancelling sixteen (16) or more business days prior to the scheduled training start date.
• Course cancellations made less than sixteen (16) business days but more than ten (10) business days prior to the scheduled training start date will be charged 25% of the course enrollment fee.
• Course cancellations made ten (10) or less business days but more than five (5) business days prior to the scheduled training start date will be charged 50% of the course enrollment fee.
• Course cancellations made five (5) business days or less of the scheduled training date or failure to attend an enrolled in course will be charged 100% of the course enrollment fee.

Should you find it necessary to cancel enrollment in a scheduled course any incurred cancellation fee can be applied as part of the payment to enroll in another Instron^® training course within one year of the originally scheduled course.

All cancellations must be sent in writing via mail, fax, or email.

We reserve the right to cancel scheduled courses without financial obligation. Should course cancellation become necessary, we will attempt to notify registrants at least one week prior to the scheduled training start date.
